I'd avoid having looked again.

If there's a bubble of rust on the top of a rear wing, then it's going
to be rotten everywhere under the plastic.

The only place you should expect to see rust on one of those is under
the rear lights, on the corners. Every one I've looked at was going
there - due to the way water runs off the lights.

I'd expect that one to be completely shot under the plastic - mine has
just a tiny bit showing under one of the rear light clusters, but under
the nearside rear arch cover it's totally crumbled away. Fortunately
it's cheap and easy to have that fixed..... the rest, however, is
completely solid.

Definitely a suspect mileage - you'd expect to see a car of that age
showing 100k plus miles........ don't bother with it, there's always
another one.
