brakes on the 72 Update
i started on frt wheels of course...right rotor was warped. when i

brakes on the 72
after i rebuilt all the calipers anf bled the system twice the brakes
seemsd to work fine then gradually the brake pedal got softer and
softer. the pedal going almost to the floor. the car stops fine...

Brake line replacement on 63 early question
i did all the brake lines on my 72, its not all that difficult .it takes
time but ive done more difficult jobs. its worth the sweat and busted
knuckes// get some rust spray and tubing...

tilt column question
my wifes cousin has a chevy van that was stolen and recovered..they
busted the hell out of the cloumn on the left side so they could get to
the slide mechanism which has the rod down to the wiring...

Grease recommend whl. bearings+ ujoints 1963?
i typically use wheel bearing grease/
it says it on the package usually.
nothing more than high temp grease
for u-joints use a the same grease u use for ball joints and steering
joints

heater electrical problems
the fan switch on my 72 only runs on one speed. is this a switch problem
or a relay problem or both
another question. what does the resistor do and could it cause a
problem.

Bad Harmonic Balancer
im sure u need a new balancer. the rubber cant be replaced as its a
factory assembly.
u will need a balancer remover and a balancer installer. im not sure of
your situation on a 98 but you should be...
