People who are in no hurry to get anywhere

Being in no hurry on the road is the root of all evil.
It is the cause of LLB behavior, of going slow through
intersections, of not trying to beat the upcoming traffic
light, of going 5 mph under the speed limit on 2-lane roads,
etc, etc.

URAPSYCHOPATH. If people drove 10% slower at all times, highway
fatalities would drop at least 5,000 a year. And we'd save money also.

URANIDIOT. If people stopped driving, highway fatalities would be
eliminated.

Of course not. Wishful thinking would have it that he would have learned
something, but I doubt he did. What I would have done in that situation
(being him) is just simply slow down and merged into the space behind you.

Is that the first time you've ever driven slower than someone?

Although it saved me from a ticket just a couple of hours ago.

I was going 45 in a 40 and sure enuff, there was a motorcycle cop
running radar on a side street.

I usually drive down that street about 50 or so - sometimes 60.

Pickup drivers seem to be (in general) idiots.

I was cutoff by a "duallie" that didn't even signal a little while
ago. I didn't honk because I was feeling mellow and I didn't have to
lock it up to avoid her.

I later changed lanes and was soon passing Ms. Duellie on the right -
I don't know what her problem was, but she gave me the same kind of
gesture. Perhaps she was ****ed that I was now passing her in the
lane she had originated in.

She quickly faded into my rear view mirror.

There's a big difference between being in a "hurry',and keeping pace with
the rest of traffic,or moving along promptly and briskly.

There's a big difference in "being in no hurry",and being slothful.

5 under would have been fast yesterday. Travelling to the dentist,
which is 25 minutes from work, people were going 30 in a *45* on a 2
lane road. There were too many cars to ever get around the guy too.
Took 35 minutes to get there instead.
