Lots of people want to come to the US, even if they have to
break the law to do so. Lots of people want to leave
Mexico, even if they have to break the law to do so.

One plausible reason for why Mexico sucks more than the USofA
is that Mexico is populated and run by Mexicans, and the
USofA is populated and run by Americans.
