I watched that video a number of times.
The only offense I could discern was that he changed lanes in front of
YOU. He didn't swerve. The motorcyclist appears to have no reaction
the the behemoth. The behemoth started moving over 2 lights before the
turn (or 1 light before his turn light, depending upon your semantics.
At least he started out in the right side where you want everyone but
you to be. While it would be nicer to be to the left a bit earlier, he
seems to have done OK. Actually, it looked like a pretty benign
maneuver to me.
