Electrical or a transmition problem in a 94 Intrepid
 

Sometimes, when I start my car, the guages do not come on, and it
won’t shift out of second gear. Sometimes they come on after a few
minutes; sometimes, not at all. Fuses are ok. All of the grounds have
been checked. Help! Thanks.
