TRANSMISSION PROBLEM?

hiya, i have a 94 pontiac bonneville that just had major repairs done. it had
been stuttering/stalling intermittently.
well, after the cam and crank sensors were replaced, the engine was running
extremely hot,. it was a faulty circuit in the computer that regulates the
engine cooling fan. that was also replaced. next, the computer threw a knock
sensor code out and i had to replace the ignition module. lastly, there was a
blown o-ring gasket in the exhaust line, that was making the car run sluggish.
that was fixed.
after all of these repairs, it still has no real acceleration and it "skips"
a little when shifting gears. it seems like the RPMs go way up before it
shifts to the next gear. also, when the car is started, it seems to struggle
and gasp until it gets to a steady(but rough) idle!

this is driving me absolutely crazy. if anyone has had similar problems or
any experience with this, i would appreciate it.

btw, the car has 108000 miles on it and had the back mounts on the engine
cradle snap in dec., dropping a lot of the engine.

So I'm assuming that you check's ATF level and it is OK.
Maybe a faultily around modulator valve, don't know on this type is it
controlled by vacuum or a solenoid.

Change the transmission fluid and filter on this beast, but don't throw
any serious money at it. Mileage is not that high, but it sounds like
it had a rough life and it's whole future is behind it!
