Can anyone tell me what a 5, 5 engine trouble code means on a 93 wrangler
4.0 ?

It means "end of displaying fault codes" ; in other words, if that is the
only fault code you get, you don't have a fault.

Yup, it is the computer telling you there are no more codes stored and
it is actually a code 55 meaning end of session.
