95 not heating up(temperature)

The coolant level is good, the level is good. I drive about 15 klm to work.
The tenp guage only goes half way between cold and the first quarter mark. I
get heat, but not like my 2000.
Any suggestions?
Termostat maybe.

Have you ever had the ECTS changed?
