96 caravan 2.4L radaitor fan motor
 

radiator fan motor runs after engine is shut off,to shut fan off i have to
pull the fuse. Would this be a relay problem? If so where is the relay
located on the van?

does it run for a long time and then stop, because it is not impossible that
it will run for a little while depending on the temp?

some autos fan run for awhile after turning engine off See if it quits after
about 15 min if it doesn't you probably have a bad fan thermostat on the
radiator

There Is A TSB (Technical Service Bulitin) on 95 - 98 caravans on replacing
the cooling fan relay with an updated one.
