good driving citations
 

I can remember a while back reading about people being pulled over for
good driving and being commended for it in Travis County, TX, where most
of Austin is located. I had completely forgotten about it until I saw it
mentioned on the Saturday Night Live newscast.

She said that at first the drivers were angry at being pulled over, but
that once they learned why they were being pulled over, they got crazy
angry. :-)
