Manually upgrading Honda Civic by
[email protected]
I have a Honda Civic 2005 Value Package and I want to manually install
keyless entry and power locks. Are there any kits out there that can
let me accomplish this? I want to do this myself but I've never modded
a car before. Are there any sites that have packages for other mods for
Civics as well?

Replacing rear hatch strut (92 Civic Si) by
Jon
For a '92 Civic Si I need to replace the rear hatch struts and the
associated fittings in the glass hatch. (This appears to be not an
uncommon problem for that model.)
Specifically, the threads on the strut bolts literally stripped out of
the glass hatch strut fittings, and the struts are now...

2001 Accord using Oil by
Honda Owner 2001 Accord
I have a 2001 Accord EX, 4 Cyl, 5-speed with 115,000 miles. Recently I
have been using a quart of oil every 750 miles. I have changed the oil
regularly with 5w-20w oil every 6,000 miles since it was new. It is
not leaking under the hood or onto the ground. It doesn't smoke
either.
Is this a...

Antifreeze issue by
Subhabrata Bhattacharyya
My car has enough Antifreeze (green one) in the radiator but little above
the min. mark in the tank. I read Elle's post and thought to top it up and
contacted Honda dealer to get the Antifreeze. They said they no longer sale
the green one anymore. They sell the blue one. I asked whether I need...

Electronic rust protection? by
Drew
Is this worth it compared to standard underbody rust protection and
paint protection?
With the newer bodies, do you even rust and paint protection? I
noticed that on my 2000 Accord SE that the wheel wells are beginning
to rust. I'm trading it in for a 2006 Civic EX for a variety of reaons
and...

Hi everyone,
I have an intermittent problem with my ABS light that just
recently started about 2 weeks ago. My father took my Integra out 2
weeks ago and noticed that the ABS light came on. When I had a chance
to look at it, the ABS light was off on the next start. It hasn't come
on since...

Problems with power steering by
Stan
I have a 2002 Civic LX with power steering. When the car is idling, I can
turn it left or right with ease. When I rev up the engine, it becomes very
hard to turn in either direction. It will continue to resist my turning even
thought I let off the gas back to idle. I have to release the wheel...

2001 Accord - left rear caliper sticking by
George Earl
I have a 2001 Accord LX-V6 with 78k miles on it. This past week I
noticed hot brake smell after my 10 mile drive to work and I noticed
that the left rear lug nuts were considerably hotter than the ones on
the right side. A trip to the dealer revealed that the left rear

90 model civic dx injection operation from factory manual by
Steve
I'm working on a project, adapting the dual point TB injection from a 90
civic DX to my 77 civic 1200. I'm going to use an aftermarket EFI computer
(megasquirt) but have a couple of questions someone with a factory manual
might be able to answer.
I know this system uses a primary and secondary...

My 88 Accord is still bigger than a new Civic, so your 94 certainly is,

Ignition timing question...? by
Matt Ion
This should initiate some good debate...
I've always understood that ignition timing should be set with any
advance systems (vacuum diaphragm, etc.) disconnected. I tried to set
up my '87 Accord that way, and I can't get anywhere near the 20-degree
timing mark with the vacuum advance disonnected....
