Why all these weird posts from 1999? by
Otto Skorzeny[_2_]
What is all the crap that keeps getting posted in this group? Is there
any way to stop it? How do posts from 8 years ago on some off the wall
topic end up on this group?

Question about Bentleys by
nickra
Been looking at 20 year old or so Bentleys, often selling for as
little as $60K. Is there a newsgroup or club or even magazine/
newsletter that specializes in this area, especially in the U.S.? I'm
looking into the pros and cons of such a purchase.

vintage A/C bracket by
N8N
any hints as to possible mfgr. of this bracket, and/or where to find a
tensioner pulley?
http://members.cox.net/njnagel2/55AC/55AC.html
The one that Vintage Air sells for its own Studebaker A/C bracket
looks similar, so I think if nobody has any better information I may
just call them tomorrow...

help identifying the year of a photo by
[email protected]
I am trying to date a photo. I know the boat was built in the late
1930's but the person who gave me the photo said it was taken in
1949. I don't believe the boat was in the area during the late 1940's
but I could be wrong.
Unfortunately I don't know a lot about antique cars. Can...

$41,000 bid on a 1960's Nascar Ford SOHO crate engine...! by
[email protected]
The new crate engine sold Friday for 41k, I arrived on Saturday and
got some great photos of a second 675+ hp SOHO engine nestled in a 65
Fairlane that brought $58k. My first video attempt here and you may
need to turn up the speaker volume at times to hear some of the very
funny comments from the...

Great Model T book by
Stude
I've never had a Ford, except for a quick turnaround - sometimes doing
poorly on the deal.
However, thirty or forty years ago I read a book "Me and the Model T"
by Roscoe Shelly. It's the rememberances of an old Ford dealer in
theYacama Valley of Washington State.
When I read it, I did not know...
