Dangers of Chat Rooms by suaveman
A christian or jew should follow the guidance provided by King Solomon, in the book of proverbs with regard to people they meet on the internet and in chat rooms. Proverbs 15:14 "The discerning heart seeks knowledge, but the mouth of a fool feeds on folly." and Proverbs 15:21

Chinese Algae Eater & Koi/GF by Snooze
Has anyone ever introduced a Chinese Algae Eater (Gyrinocheilus aymonieri) into a pond? with koi and goldfish? According to a few websites, they are herbivores, but apparently develop a taste for small fish as they grow larger and are fairly territorial. I'm curious develop a taste for the slime...

spring cleaning, new/old water ratio? by [email protected]
I transferred my 2 barrel ponds (40 gallons total), water, fish and plants are now in a rubbermaid tote. I was wondering to refill the pond, how much old water should I use? The old water has a brown tint to it.

POND Ponsai by ~ janj
I just heard from K30 and her dwarf aquatic frogs she keeps in a small windowsill container mated and laid eggs. She has removed them as apparently the adults will eat the taddies. Isn't that cool? Little teeny tiny tadpoles. ~ jan ~ jan/WA Zone 7a
