Looking for advice on car restoration... by
[email protected]
Here is some advice for you. Have you heard of POR-15?? It is amazing
coating that seals up the metal on the car to stop and prevent rust.
It is amazing. It is very hard.... won't crack or ship.
I get it from www.por15store.com
They have good people there who know what they are talking about. ...

Largest Ford ever? by
james_anatidae
I'm was wondering what the largest car (not truck) that FoMoCo ever mass
produced. I'm guessing the answer is the styling travesty that is the '58
Lincoln, but wouldn't rule out the 70's Mark IVs. And an honorable mention
probably goes to the those County Squire station wagons.

Ford was about the cheapest car available, hence they were very popular.

Removal of horn rings from 57 and 59 cadillacs...HELP! by
Frank Grimey Grimes
How do the horn rings for a 1957 cadillac and 1959 cadillac remove from
the steering wheel?
There not like the Ford horn rings of that era where you press down and
turn. Nor are there any screws that hold the horn ring on from the
back. What would I have to do to successfuly remove these horn...

where to find strip gaskets, L shaped? by
Michael
I am looking for L shaped strip gaskent, hopefully out of hard rubber or
something abrasive resistant. Ideally it will be 5/8 inch or more on
the legs and about 1/4 inch thick.
I need it various places in the trunk, around the battery holder, and
tube pass throughs. I do not think foam gaskets,...
