going from 245/65/17 to 255/60/17 ... by 4000 psi
any issues with handling or anything else, assuming the tire fits the rim and the car, etc.? are the Michelin Cross Terrain any good ... they have a tread wear index of 700 ... does this mean that they never wear out or is this a typo? :)))

hey everybody, i drive a 2001 QX4 ... anyways the front set of Michelin LTX M/S is wearing out on the outside edge ... i have rotated them regularly, etc. ... still they are almost completely bald on the outside edge ... this is at 60k miles .... could this be under-inflation, alignment problem...

Hi! My son has a 1997 Ford 4x2 Supercab. He had problem with alternator. He took it to a Ford dealer who charged $430.00 for installing a new alternator. Cost of Alternator was $200 dollars. Rest was labor cost plus tax. Does the charge seems excessive to you? With thanks in advance.
