another JR CAI bites the dust by pws

any good plastic replacements in the bay area, CA? by thomas
after reading all the different ways folks have changed their back plastic, I think I'm leaning towards cutting out the plastic, and glueing a new one on. My question is what type of plastic is best to use that you can get from hardware stores. I'm in the san jose, california area - is there...

Nose repair by Morien Morgan
Cunningly I managed to ground the nose in IKEA. It was but a small grounding but the flex seems to have opened up a previous split repair between the corner of the mouth and the bottom of the nose. In the past I've repaired minor dents to steel and ended up with invisible results but plastic...

DRL module by Pete Breemhaar
This may apply only to Canadian Miata owners... I had commented in an earlier discussion on the merits of DRLs, that the left DRL on my 94 would intermittently go out, even though the bulb would flash with the left turn signal. I finally got around to pulling out the DRL module(a light-green...

626 with NO heat, any ideas? by mellow guy
1992- 626 No heat inside and winters coming...... When setting the dial all the way into the red (max heat) it's producing just enough heat that I can tell it's "trying" and not just pushing air from outside. Also the fan isn't working right. It works fine when set to 1 or 2, but if i set it to...

Engine Swap, Thanks by K-tron
Thanks for the replies folks, after doing some measurements (again) on the Miata engine bay I find that it is too low from the hoodline to the botttom of the control arms. 28 inches ain't enough unless I go to a remote sump and inject the monster. Which is somewhat more involved than I want to get....
