The seats absolutelty SUCK! They're friggin horrible! Didn't anyone sit in the damn things before they sold them? Looking for a set of seats from a 1999-2006 Celica. Anybody have any? There are some about 50 miles away for $125 each.

"The Sun Never Sets on GM's Automotive Talent" by john
"Specifically, I asked Terry Woychowski, GM's vice president, vehicle program management, this: "Does the GM CEO need to be a car guy?" Woychowski, who has spent his career at GM and has more car-guy street cred in his little finger than I will ever possess, said in very clear terms: "No." See,...

Top Gear's The Stig is finally revealed by Tegger[_3_]
He's Ben Collins. <http://www.mirror.co.uk/celebs/news/2010/09/02/the-stig-s-secret-identity-finally-revealed-as-racing-driver-ben-collins-115875-22530591/> I'm sad. Everybody in the industry knew who he was, I'm sure, but the mystery was fun. Apparently they may ditch the character entirely for...

Toll Roads without Toll Booths by C. E. White[_2_]
I am in North Carolina. The scum sucking politicians have finally given into corporate theives and decided to allow toll roads. Don't get me started on the unfairness of a state that has one of the highest gas taxes in the nation deciding they need to double charge some people for using some...

Celica seat 'experiment'... by Hachiroku $B%O%A%m%/(B[_3_]
Interesting. The seat is an inch and a half to two inches lower than the stock Scion seat, and you sit IN it rather than ON it. The seat cushion extends further out, which I like. However, I was onlyt able to locate two of the mounting bolts, and since I put it in at dusk I didn't check the airbag...

$20,000 over sticker for Chevy Volt is simply supply and demand by john
"So you think the Chevrolet Volt electric car will cost too much? Tell that to the Chevy dealer who has already decided to charge $20,000 over the sticker price. That's right. Months before the first Volt lands on a showroom floor, there's enough excitement that the dealer -- who earns a...

How about a 1986 Supra by Hachiroku $B%O%A%m%/(B[_3_]
sitting outside a junkyard. I stopped to have a look at it, wondering if they were going to part it out. Not a Sport Roof, so I can't use the doors, but not a turbo, so a 5-speed tranny, driveshaft etc will work. Well, it had an automatic, but the thing looked like it was Frankensteined in...
