Autoglass are hard to break, they are laminated with this special coating so they wont shatter. You really dont need that much visibility on a sunroof unlike the windshield or other windows. I think all of you should not reply if you don't know how to do a job. The sunroof on a 91 goes into the headliner and I would think the headliner would need removed. This guy is asking for help doing it, not opinions on where to go.
