Chevy Malibu logo visible at the front of the car? by yumtom
I was bumped by an out-of-state car a while ago, and unfortunately did not get enough information for the insurance company to track down. They have asked about the make and model of the car, and I "think" I saw the Malibu logo at the left front, close to the head light. Is this possible? I also...

Purchasing an XJS by jereme
Once again Im wanting to buy an XJS for commuting. From what I have read these cars are simply meant to be driven. If driven more then 10 minutes to the corner store then the car will most likely be fine. I drive clost to 100 miles aday mostly on the expressway. Would that be enough. I know buy the...

Advan Racing Wheel Valves by Mat G
Hi all, I have a set of Advan Racing Touring Competition Wheels that were on my Eunos when it was imported into the UK from Japan. They are fairly rare in the fact that they have no valves on them. Instead, you have to unscrew a cap, screw in the valve and then you can inflate them. One of the...

At-fault Driver's Insurance Co. Won't Pay by One
A friend of mine was involved in a car accident. He was rear-ended. The other driver's insurance company will not pay. The representative from the other guy's insurance company said, "My client claims you pulled in front of him and braked hard, causing the accident." This is complete nonsense, but...

1700lbs in a V-6 pickup? by Steve
Would it hurt to carry 1700lbs (of solid metal, literally) in the back of a V-6, 200 horsepower 1/2 ton pickup? I know that 1700lbs is more than 1/2 a ton, but I'm not sure if that's an accurate way to measure a truck's carrying capabilities. I know that I can tow more than 1700lbs...but is it safe...
