Tire Pressure by Geary Morton
On my '99, I have swapped my stock 14x6 rims out for a set of '01 SE 16x6.5 rims. I'm now running 205x45 R16 Yokohamas and wondering if I need to up the pressure for the lower profile. Anyone out there have a car that came from the factory with 16"? If so, what does it recommend on the door...

driving question, re oversteering by ~Mike Hollywood
Hi, Suppose you're driving on asphalt. In a rear wheel drive car like the miata, if you go into a turn too fast, and the back starts to slide, what's the safest way to correct? I'm pretty sure you want to stay off the brakes because that would throw more weight forward and lighted rear traction...

How to complain to Mazda UK ? by Invisible Man
Hello Anyone know the best way to complain to Mazda UK? We had a 2002 MX-5 1.8 for 5 years that was great and never had any problems. Same with our 2004 Mazda 3 Sport. We recommended Mazda to loads of friends and relatives Since March however we have had a new MX-5 Coupé 2.0.

Automatic Power antenna only 3/4 effective by [email protected]
My 2001 mazda miata mx-5 came with the power antenna. When having it detailed, the shop left it up when run through the wash, and broke it. They fixed it for free and it worked fine for a month or so. Now, it goes up perfectly, but leaves one full link up when it stops. Any ideas?

Panel Switch Replacement by Gary[_3_]
1991 Miata. I have a Cruise Control Rocker Switch (to the left of driver's left knee, on instrumental panel) that is bad. I checked the manual and it says that the switch can pop out. It can't be that easy. Does the switch easily pop out, and you simply disconnect the wired connector behind the...

Rear Brakes Wear Out before The Front by Sheldon Rudie
Just had an oil change at the dealer. My 2004 Miata is nearing 50K. The dealer's suggested replacing rear pads and turning rotors. There was no mention about the front brakes needing service which in my experience always wore-out first. When questioned, the technician said latter models have...
