Curiosity killed the cat.. I could not stand being away from such a

heating/coolant level by
Redlocks
Last week the heater on my 1987 T & C wagon suddenly began blowing cold air
when the temperature control was set to hot. I had a similar problem with a
previous vehicle where the cable running to a flap that allowed hot air from
the engine to enter the ventilation system had failed.
I later...

What brand of tools favored by pros? by
Roger Sircar
I have been using Craftsman hand tools for years without any problem. I
personally don't care for the very glossy chrome finish like Snap On Tools.
And the price seems to be reasonable with their life time warranty.
Those chepo Chinese/Taiwanese tools are for kids. Unless you want a bolt to
be...

1/2 quart/liter down, 3L Voyager 1994 stalls, why so sensitive? by
Tree Line
I've noticed something strange about my Voyager 1994 3L engine.
After about 1000 miles, the car will start, sometimes to stall out
repeatedly, going 20-30 mpg or slow speeds or whatever.
Out of desperation, I would put in about 1/2 quart of oil, and the
problem disappeared.
This has happened on...

1991 Dodge Grand Caravan Fuel Gauge by
NoName
The fuel gauge shows full immediately after a fuel fill-up. After about 100
miles, the fuel gauge shows empty. The fuel sensing unit or other
electrical problem. Is it difficult to replace the fuel sensing device??

Hi
I have the plain ones. Is it possible to change them to the ones with mirror
and light. Is the wiring already there. Or maybe just put some aftermarket
ones with batteries

Cirrus died by
partsmore
dash lights, speedo and tach quit working a couple of times,
but came right back on. Quit again and engine started missing, then died.
Started right back up-
done it twice now....
Cleaned carpets and interior, never done it before -
could it be moisture, coil?

Jerry Springer, please moderate this NG! by
DAVID THORNTON
I once thought that this was a RESPECTABLE Newsgroup that shared information
and trade secrets about Chrysler and MOPAR cars and parts.
Now it is a virtual slugfest, slinging insults, sending viruses and even
ignoring innocent postings from people asking for real help.
ALL of you people ought to...

96 Town & Country tranny fluid issues by
99trooper
This past July I had my tranny fluid "t-tech" flushed by a quick lube place
(132k miles). It was the first time I had the vehicle serviced for trans
fluid since I bought it with 83k on it so I figured it was time (no
problems otherwise).
Last week my wife calls me up and says the transmission...

Changing Thermostat - 2000 Town&Country van -- Questions by
Gary Jablonski
Greetings;
I'm about to change the thermostat in my 2000 T&C, 3.8L.
What is the factory recommended temp setting?
What do most of the Do-it-yourself people use,
if different from the factory spec?
Are there any tricks to make the job go easier?
Does anyone have any experience with...
