catalytic converter by [email protected]
Just traded my 97 SC2 for an 02 SC2......and am wondering if it may be exhibiting catalytic problems. There is a slight "rattle" when ignition is turned off. It also does a lot of popping like something is really hot.......even after only a few miles. Mechanic says everything looks ok. The...

black sealant used on Saturn's by DannyB20
Hello, I have been struggling with a trunk leak for weeks now. I finally found out what the problem was. The black sealant they used to seal the different panels under the outer plastic fenders has gone bad. This is a 97 SC2. At first I thought it was the rear window seal.....but after re-sealing...

Rear window defogger by [email protected]
Buyer beware........is not a joke. Just discovered while having tint put on my recently acquired 02,Sc2 that it had apparently had tint on it before, and that whoever had removed it had damaged the rear window defogger. Anyone have any ideas or experience on repair/replacement and costs? Thanks

Resealing the Oil Pan by Box134
1996 SL2, 114,000 km. For quite a few years Saturn service has been telling me my oil pan is leaking. Since I didn't see any drips on the floor and the oil level wasn't significantly affected, I've let it ride. But now I'm seeing some small drips so I'm thinking to have it done. Only thing is...

97 SC2 - A/C not working by Matthew Fries
It was a nice warm day today, so I thought I would turn on the A/C in my 97 SC2. The A/C light on the control panel came on (and so did the recirc light), I turned the fan on, but all that I got was hot air. It wasn't even a little bit cooler. A couple of years ago, I had the A/C recharged, and it...

radiator leak by Mephistopheles Jones
I've got a 93 SL2 with a radiator leak. The ends of the radiator are made of hard rubber, and there is a pinhole leak on one end. Anyone know if the ends can be replaced, or do I need to get a whole new radiator? I just epoxied the thing up so I can get around a little.
