Awesomely Scary! FACES OF DEATH VCD for Halloween! by
HALLOWEEN!
For the uninitiated, the original Faces of Death is by far the most
controversial film to date. For this Halloween, watch the real thing. It is
extremely graphic in nature, and most definitely NOT for those with weak
stomachs. This film has more gore and carnage than Jason and Freddy
COMBINED. It...

Replacing mirror in 97 Stratus by
Tracey
I recently broke the driver's side power door mirror on my 97 Stratus.
(Don't ask how-stupid mistake!) I ordered a replacement on-line for a
fraction of the dealer cost and hope to replace it myself. It seems like it
would be easy, but the inside panel covering the mirror area doesn't want...

New Jeep Grand Chicory by
Daniel J. Stern
Yeah, it's got a Hemi in it. Fine and dandy. Problem is, it's UGGGGGLEE!
Looks like one of the rejected designs for the new/current Dodge Durango.
Taillights are the stupid kind and look like the design that almost went
on the Chevrolet Equinox until someone at Chevrolet said "Clear
taillights! No!...

sebring radiator heater? by
Dave Smith
My sebring convertible takes a very long time to warm up in the morning.
I can let it sit for quite a long time and no hot air comes out until I
start driving. The radiator is full of fluid so that is not the issue.
So, would one of those heaters inserted into a radiator hose fix me up
or should I...

Jack lift point on front of Voyager by
retiredusarmy
2002 Voyager. Is there a safe place to jack from the front. I have the 3
ton jack and jack stands. Just too lazy to lift one side and then the other
if it is safe in the front.

Antifreeze? by
Richard
My book for my PT and Town & Country lists something like a G-02 type. But
the Chrysler only sells a 3 year and 5 year without any such type ID. Just
what is the recommended product at the Chrysler dealer?
Richard.

'97 Grand Caravan Brake Question by
Mark
A while back I posted looking for recommendations for good brake rotors due
to my van's warped rotor syndrome. I wound up getting Raybestos PG + rotors
and the quiet stop plus pads (ceramic) I also replaced the rear shoes and
cylinders, flushed the system & put a combo kit on the rear axles. The...

radio troubles by
Madmaxx
The clock/radio in my 2001 Grand Caravan just died last week. I
replaced the relay, but still no good. Everything else on the same
accessory relay works fine. I can get the radio working again if I
disconnect and replace the negative battery terminal. After an hour or
so the clock/radio dies again....

Deceleration noise by
pete
On a 1997 Chrysler Grand Caravan w/ 3.3L and 4 speed auotmatic w/
78,000. When decelerating in 1st gear there is a knocking type noise
that slows down as the van slows. If you accelerate a little and it
shifts into second it goes away. Anyone have any ideas?

SAVE THIS BEAUTY! by
Ted Azito
We have ways to make them sell...usually in town you can get zoning on
their ass. If they have to keep it tagged it gets expensive, plus it
has to be driveable to get inspected to get tagged. Out in the country
there's little you can do. Sometimes you just have to wait until the
owner dies and the...

I posted before about an intermittent starting problem I'm having. I've had
the fuel pump replaced and the fuel rail (sprung a leak). Someone suggested
I clean the relays, fuel pump and Auto Shut down. I've done that and still
have the problem. At times, I turn the key and it cranks fine but...

Rant: Designers/crash engine 2.0/2.4 by
Richard Ehrenberg
Actually, I know those engineers. Trust me, they didn't want a "crash" motor
any more than you do. They were forced into it by the EPA. Those neat little
valve clearance notches in the pistons proved to be a "reservoir" of
hydrocarbons that are 'hidden' and won't burn. I.e., smog. They had to...
