Load leveling T&C shocks ? by Zork
Have the standard shocks on my '03 T&C. Nivomats can't be installed in this situation without changing springs. Not a good option. So....are there ANY shocks in the market that will assist when the van is heavily loaded and a trailer attached ? The rear end sag at this point is not drastic, but...

Auto temp control...how to set by Zork
Have an '03 T&C with the fancy automatic temp control. Problem is when it calls for heat (rare in FL <g>) have to set it at about 65 to be comfortable, otherwise cooks you out. When AC is called for, have to set for 78 or it freezes you out. What's automatic about that ? Is there someway to reset...

T&C turn signal problem by Zork
'03 T&C has just developed strange turn signal problem. The turn signals themselves work fine. On a right signal, the flasher clicks and the indicator lights. On a left turn, no click from the flasher, no indicator light, but the signals work fine. The LED for the indicator is good. Suggestions ? ?...

Brake pads..ceramic vs regular by Zork
Finally got the crud off my '03 T&C chrome wheels. Waxed and cleaned. Just curious, is there a huge difference between the ceramic vs the 'normal' pads ? ? If the ceramics would take care of the dust, would be more than willing to switch them over. Thx Zork

T&C chrome wheels--revisited ! by Zork
Posted earlier about pitted chrome wheels on my '03 T&C Limited. MUCH brake dust accumulation, initial cleaning seemed to indicate pitting. Went back to take another look, decided to give them a shot with steel wool. Voila !...got rid of the black. Doing just one small area took like 15 minutes, at...

T&C chrome wheels bad? by Zork
Have an '03 T&C Limited with the chrome wheels, 27k miles. Lots of brake dust of course, but last time I attempted to clean them, I find that they are becoming pitted to the point where the 'black crud' no longer comes off completely. Is this a normal occurance, or is it possible the wheels would...

94 T&C turns but won't start... by zoltar
I went to go somewhere today and our van wouldn't start. The engine turns over okay and has spark, so I'm guessing no fuel. The only code I could pull was #12 - battery disconected recently. Is there a way to check fuel on these injected motors?? I'm driving my 30 old Chevy 350 no air car right now...

A question on recharging the AC? Thanks! by zita
Hi, I just got me a 2002 Concorde. The AC is not working on it and after checking it out I noticed that there was a leak on the suction line. The rubber part of the suction line is punctured right in the middle. It is rather a big gap; it looks like someone did a job on it with a knife or...

1999 Dodge Neon Highline door switch by zimpzampzormp
Always works on the passenger door but a lot of the time, lately when driver's door is open the dome light doesn't come on and the door ajar light doesn't come on. About 10% of the time it works. I know that older cars had a plunger that when the door was open, the plunger came out by a spring...

Eagle Vision losing its cool. by Zentraleinheit[_3_]
I have a 96 Eagle Vision TSI with about 82000 miles that seems to look it coolant every 3 or so months. For example, 2 days ago, as I exited the Vision, I heard a (for lack of a better term) "****ing" sound. That is when I discovered coolant exiting (at high speed) the overflow tube. I let the...

Is 98/02 LH 3.5 same as 93/97 LH 3.5? by Zentraleinheit[_3_]
It seems that after testing the cooling system, my 96 Eagle Vision TSI need a new head gasket. Since I don't have the $1000 or so to pay for it, a "grease monkey" friend of mine said he can do it. (he said that he did the same on his 90 Olds) To help him work on a real (LOL) car I was able to...
