How to remove a front bumper cover for a 2001 Civic by
Curious
I usually shy away from body work but was wondering how difficult it would
be remove the front bumper cover on a 2001 Civic. Also, is it difficult to
install a new one?
My Civic has a could of large gashes in the bumper cover and looks terrible.

Causes of highly elevated idle speed by
TeGGeR®
I was fixing up the Reader's Rides pages, but Photoshop is unaccountably
slow today so I gave up. This happens from time to time and I have no idea
why. It cures itself in time.
Anyway, we've all read of reports of people with idle speeds that are way
too high, or fluctuating idle. With that in...

CRV hesitation and worse, any help?? by
I can't do that, Dave
Hi,
I have a 2003 CRV (54K) and when it is cold, it always has 3 momentary
hesitationson on the way to my front gate, about 300 yards (I live in
the sticks). Each one always happens at exactly the same spot. The
driveway is slightly downhill so I almost never use the gas pedal once
I get it...

Inferior windshield glass by

What's the deal with the crappy glass now being supplied for front
windshield glass? I've got maybe 30-40K miles on a new windshield and
it's already so pitted from random road debri that it requires
replacment. I remember owning 20 year old US made tuna-boats that had
a couple hundred thousand...

Window Sticking in Rain by
[email protected]
Under dry conditions, the manual window in my civic rolls up and down
perfectly. When
it rains, the thing will only roll down about a quarter of the way. You
would say "who opens
the window when it's raining?" but every now and then you get a toll or
parking lot situation
so you either try to...

Over heating by
army guy
I just bought this 88 honda accord for my son. The guy before me told
me that the radiator was bad. So I replaced the radiator and
thermostat. The problem I am having is that when the car starts up the
upper radiator hose gets rock hard and the antifreeze blows out of the
cap. However, when you...

1987 honda civic - oil in radiator by
WI15
after having broken timing belt fixed, head rebuilt, axles replaced and now
the latest. Me and friend needed to replace the pcv valve and when we
finally found it, it took us quite a while and we replaced the oil pan
gasket in the process. We then noticed a leak, just a few drops. In
checking it...

What is this ticking noise? by
brett
I have a '92 Honda Civic EX with 156k miles. It runs fine and doesn't
give me any problems. The oil was changed about 500 miles back.
I hear this very fast ticking noise on about the first five blocks in
the morning. Then it stops. It's coming from the motor and some one
else probably wouldn't...
