Can you use 10W-30 oil in Fluid Drive? by sctvguy1
Couldn't find the straight weight 10W here in FL, so had to put this in. Will it be alright? Won't damage the converter or the seals? Seems to drive OK, just wondering. Thanks

2006 Caravan Fuel Filter? by dprkk
Is there a serviceable fuel filter on this model or is it part of the fuel pump assembly? If the filter is part of the fuel pump assembly, do you still service it or replace the whole pump assembly?

Did I hear a chime in my '01 PT Cruiser? by Pete E. Kruzer[_2_]
At least two times recently, I thought I heard a chime ringing in my Cruiser when I started it. Not the little bell you hear all the time, but a chime like you'd hear on a better clock with an electronic movement. Did I??

Just what is covered under warranty? by Me[_13_]
I've got a 2005 Chrysler 300C AWD... The "bumper to bumper" warranty doesn't end for about another year and I've some concerns about the car. How do I find out just what is covered under warranty? Motor mounts? Backup sensors? Passenger seat airbag switch? HID headlights? *sigh*

It must be really easy to steal Toyota Highlanders ... by MoPar Man
Just saw this story being reported on my 11 pm news. Looked it up on the net (see below). These cars seem to have a push-button ignition, but probably you still have to have the right key-fob close enough to the car to disable the theft system and unlock the doors. It appears that these cars can...

300M battery replacement by Percival P. Cassidy[_2_]
Our '02 300M (purchased May '02) is still on its original battery, it still starts fine (although the weather isn't yet really cold), and the indicator on the top of the battery still shows green. Would I be pushing my luck to let it go a while longer, or would "y'all" (or "all y'all," if...

2000 Condorde - Body (chassis) mounts by jaygreg
I searched for info here but found only one person asking if these things were involved in a call back. Should have been from what a local mechanic told me. I noticed the passenger side (rubber?) mount is about half gone. The car is in good shape other other than that but I would suspect the cost...

Does PS fluid really need to be changed? by KOB
I keep seeing this on newsgroups and dealers always keep trying to sell this. I have NEVER had the fluid changed in any car that I owned(only when the hoses went out, then the pump/fluid was changed). Is this a scam? I have a Dodge Caliber with 53K miles, and have never changed the fluid(car is...

Caravan water pump replacement by dprkk
I'm confused about the service manual's explanation of how to remove the water pump pulley and water pump from my 2006 Caravan. The manual states "NOTE: To remove the water pump pulley, it MUST first be positioned between water pump housing and drive hub. The pulley can then be removed with the...

Hello all... The vehicle in question is a 2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager, equipped with the 3.3L V6 flex-fuel engine. It has 195,570 or so miles on the odometer. It was going on down the highway one day when it lost power, stalled and rolled to a stop. Upon going to collect it, we found that the...
