Clunker program - no joy by
Ashton Crusher[_2_]
I was hoping to leverage the clunker program somehow to take advantage
of the "free" $4500. I've got a 92 Explorer 4x4 in perfect shape, and
an 89 S-10 in excellent shape. The Expy only has 134K on it, the S-10
has 193K. There seems to be no way to replace either of them with
anything remotely...

Frank
For a lower radiator hose for a 1999 Jeep Wrangler - 6 Cylinder 4.0...
Does anyone know if part number 52028265 exactly matches 52028265-AC

I'm asking because I've got 52028265-AC, but it doesn't match the hose
I have on my vehicle, and it doesn't fit:
it is too long by about 5...

Ford 4.6 L vs 5.4 L Engine - Reliability by
[email protected]
They both have been around for awhile, but to very different degrees.
The new 5.4L uses the 3 valve technology and quite a few other things,
whereas the 4.6L is almost exactly the same as last year, with a few
minor bugfixes. The 4.6L is more refined, while the 5.4L contains much
newer...

F-150 owners - Mileage without Engine repair in F-150 Ford Truck by

Greetings! What sort of mileage you did before you have to do some
repair in your F-150? My son has about 140,000 miles in his 4x2 Ford
F-150 4x2 Extended cab truck's odometer in about 6 1/2 years without
any thing performed in the engine. Will he need something to be
performed to the engine of his...

Noise from front wheel S-10 4x4 by
Spud Demon
Yesterday there was snow on the ground. I went out in the S-10 4x4 (1995
Blazer if it makes a difference) using 4-HI (electronic switch on the dash).
When I came home, I backed into the driveway and disengaged the 4WD.
This morning the pavement was dry. Everything seemed normal when I...

needing to replace the clutch and looking for recommendations as the stock
clutch just
doesn't do it with what I'm using it for. I'm interested in an...
