Temperature reading by wrightprice1977
I have an 1994 Saturn SL2 and the temp reading seems to be high, but this is my first Saturn and I dont know if this is normal. The temp stays around midway to a little over but not in the red H range.

Horn Problem? 96SL2 by Box134
A couple of weeks ago I found in Consumers on-line a safety recall for my '96 SL2. The horn could come on spontaneously, and in the worst-case scenario, start a fire. Not more then a week later my neighbor came to the door and said my car wanted me. What do you think? The horn was blaring. To stop...

SL missfiring and pinging by ahr888
Several months ago the engine in my 98 SL (80k miles) started pinging during gear changes (not due to bad driving) and hard acceleration. It also started missfiring when starting the engine during warm weather. Eventually in January, it had a major missfiring incident and the dealer replaced...

Intercooler type/style and placement on an ION. by hoosier_drifter
For those of you out there who've taken on the task of turbocharging your ION, I have a question. What type of intercooler design did you use and where did you mount it? I would like a horizontal mounted intercooler across the front opening, but fear cutting off the air flow to the radiator too...

Part compatibility between ION and Cobalt by hoosier_drifter
I havn't made a side by side comparison as of yet, so I was wondering if anyone else knew the answer. Will any of the the body parts from a Cobalt exchange with the ION? The only reason I ask is that I thought the back of the trunk lid on the Cobalt (with the taillight/reflectors) would look good...

Add diesel to oil for change? by Richard
Is this okay to do??? Easy Flushes When Changing Oil Drain out about one quart of oil. Replace that quart of oil with a quart of diesel. Run the engine (in place) for 3 minutes. Do NOT drive the car with the diluted oil in it. The diesel will help clean out passages in the head and will make the...

1993 Saturn Power door locks by bennett
I have a 93 sl 4 door with growling lock accutators. I changed all 4 with boneyard units, works sometimes, then they will growl. Is there a relay other than the one in the fuse panel upper right corner? Any ideas would help.

2002 Saturn SC1 wheels and tires by Darius
I'm looking to upgrade my awful Firestones mounted on 14" steel wheels (most of my hubcaps are damaged) with some new wheel/tire package. What would you recommend? I want at least 15" aluminum wheels. Do I have to bring the car to the dealer to set up the computer once I upgrade to larger wheels?
