Rough Idle on 2000 Chrysler Cirrus ... by
M100C
All,
Here's a puzzler to get your mind off the Chrysler/Fiat deal ...
I've got a 2000 Chrysler Cirrus with the 2.5L Mitsubishi engine. Car
is at 98K mi; I've had it since 45K, and it ran like a top, until
recently.
After warm up, and while idling in P or N (when the transmission is
not engaged),...

Code P0743 by
[email protected]
Would it be wise to change the Solenoid if I get this code. Supposedly
it is an electrical problem. Went to AMACO and they said they could
fix the problem for $400.00. I am a little skeptical because I believe
it is a simple, as replacing the TTC converter. What do you think?

91 GC Starter Problem by
dprkk
I had a problem with the starter. You would turn the key and the dash
lights would go dark and the starter wouldn't crank. Try it again and
the starter would function fine. I figured after 113k miles, the
starter had it. Replaced with a remanned unit and same problem.
Cleaned all battery and...

1991 LeBaron steering play-gets worse over time by
billccm[_2_]
Hello:
About three months ago I had the steering rack, lower control arm, and
control arm bushings replaced on my 1991 LeBaron. Total out the door
with alignment was $724.
When I got the car back, it seemed to pull to the left. I took the car
back, they realigned, and when I got it back, it...

Chinese-made cars will not be cheaper than domestics by

In a true free market though, you would have the option of buying cheap
junk if you so desired...
you could ask the question, which is safer and more reliable, a new Nano

set of tools the answer might actually be the...

How do I add refrigerant to my 2001 PT Cruiser AC? by
Pete E. Kruzer[_2_]
How do I add refrigerant to my 2001 PT Cruiser AC? The compressor is
running, the air is slightly cooler enough to straight outside air to
know that it is cooling the air a little. But it is no where close to
how cold the AC air was last summer.
