Leak smells like coolant not gasoline. Just started. Any idea what I am dealing with?

I just bought a Honda certified 2002 Civic LX/2 door. When I shut, or even tap on the driver's side door, it sounds tinny and hollow. The passenger side door sounds more solid and shuts with a nice solid sound. Any reason why one door sounds different than the other?
