More on the Civic... by Andrew Szafran
Why doesn't Honda import this (new Civic hatch): http://www.7thgencivic.com/forums/showthread.php?t=221046 Looks like it would fit right in with the 'sporty' image but be very practical to boot. -Andrew

How much to fix a flat these days? by Steve
As others have stated, a good tire dealer will fix a flat and even rotate your tires. They really want you to come back when you need new tires. Around here (Pac. NW and N. Calif) Les Schwab is the leader in service to "ANYOne" who drives in with a flat or low tire. So much so that other...

Low Brake Pedal on Ranger by M.M.
Truck is a 93 Ford Ranger Super Cab, 3.0l, 5-sp, about 82k miles. It's been sitting for a couple months and now has a very low brake pedal. It goes down to about two inches above the floorboard. At that point it's firm and the brakes work just fine but I don't think it should be so low...it wasn't...

Sentra clutch problem, help! by [email protected]
I have a 94 Nissan Sentra. I had the clutch replaced a little over a year ago. I've noticed over the past week there has been a slight change in the feel of the clutch, it was going down easier than before. Last night I was driving and when I pushed the clutch in the pedal seemed to just "break"...

Idea for cold weather propane operation-is it safe? by Bret Ludwig
Getting the propane to flow in the very cold weather has always been an issue for propane powered vehicles. Heating the tank with oil or coolant would work but I just had another idea. Why not pressurize the tank with a little methane, or natural gas? Since it is effectively incondensible it will...

My 1997 GCL Orvis Edition w/ 62K miles abandoned me tonight. Went to dinner and a movie and upon returning to the vehicle it would not start. Prior to this the Jeep has shown NO signs of imminent failure. It spins over very easy. I found the ignition coil at the front of the engine, removed the...
