2004 Jeep Liberty by Michael[_23_]
I have a 2004 Jeep Liberty and the engine is misfiring. If it was my old 2003 Ford F150, I'd know to change out a coil. Is there something similar in the engine of this model Jeep that I can change easily? Thanks, Mike

Ping Steve W. by Bill Vanek[_2_]
I bought a new car, took it to the dealer with less than 100 miles on it, and got the car back with the steering wheel off center. Someone hit something. They let me look under the car, and at the initial alignment readings. Thrust angle is zero, and I didn't see any visible damage. But both front...

Bubble under motor mount (9th gen. Gorolla) by Dan[_6_]
Hello all, I'm lately having some engine vibration at idle. That started after the dealer shop replaced the belt tensioner, which involved lifting the engine a bit. I looked at the passenger side motor mount and underneath it I see a rubber "bubble" that seems to get larger as temperature rises....

Rear disc brake pads change, 1996 Z28? by Josh Wyatt
Greetings, I have a 1996 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. This car has rear disc brakes. Today I went to change the pads on the rear, and was a little surprised to see how different the configuration was from standard front disc brakes. Any hints on changing these, maybe a link to an online procedure? I...

new Bentley electric supercharger by [email protected]
the new Bentley Bentayga has an electric supercharger. The motor is 7 kW at 48 volts! So all these kunce selling "electric superchargers" on EBAY with a dinky 12 V fan with wires thick enough for 20 amps are obviously a scam. Why aren't these sellers banned?

Three years ago at the state auction I bought a 2006 Chevy 3/4 ton van with a 4.8 engine. It was in real nice shape and at the time I didn't need it so it has been sitting outside in my yard. I realize this wasn't the best choice but I had no where else to put it. There are a couple of things that...

Rust on rotors on a car sitting for 4-months by techman41973
I have a 97 Accord that's been sitting for 4-months. My transmission died and I'm still debating replacing it with a used transmission. I start it once a month and added fuel stabilizer months ago. My concern is that the brake rotors are covered in rust. I've heard this is normal when a car sits...

engine flush with diesel fuel? by [email protected]
This really works wonders. I drain my oil. Fill my engine with 4l of diesel and take it for a short run. Then I flush the diesel. Take the filter off and start the engine just to get the remainder diesel out. I sold my golf with 438000kms on the clock and the engine was still as good as new. No...
