Battery question by
Rivergoat
OK, I've started acting in earnest and am actively seeking a Miata. In
fact I have 2 very nice ones to check thoroughly by the end of the
week.
Meantime, as the battery sits in the truck I understand it's a
lead-acid free battery, and Panasonic manufacture (at least for the
recent...

Seat problem series III MX5 by
Van Duijn
This is a question for European MX5 owners. I currently own a '98 series II
MX5. I'm tall and the cabin is a tight fit for me. But still, it just fits.
I want to buy a new series III MX5, which has the new high back seats. These
seats must be at least 3 centimeters higher than the seats in my '98....

Mazda6 Owner Looking for a group by
Andy VanDusen
Hey all,
I know this is a Miata group, but I have not been able to find a place
for people with Mazda6. Anybody know of a place, or if any of you happen to
have one as well. I am interested in making some modifications to it, but I
have no one to bounce questions off of. Help would be greatly...

Question about the Newsgroup by
Expmiata
Hi folks
I use AOL as my ISP (no bashing now LOL). However, I am changing my email
address because I am leaving AOL. Question: How do the rest of you access
rec.autos.makers.mazda.miata? Do you go through a paid subscription of some
kind?
I've searched and searched, but cannot find access <sigh>...

Bleeding clutch master cylinder/slave by
[email protected]
I just replaced the master cylinder/hose/slave on my wife's 1990. When
we tried to bleed the system we pumped on the clutch pedal for over 20
minutes with not even a drop of fluid coming out of the bleeder. Yes, I
rechecked all my connections to make sure they were tight and not
crossthreaded. We...

Intermittant Power Loss by
BigJohnnyO
Just purchased a 2000 Miata with 80K miles. All 60K maintenance performed
at Mazda dealer for big $'s by previous owner. Runs great 99% of time.
Ah, the other 1%, it feels like running on half power. My cheap code
reader says multiple cylinder misfires when problem occurs. Shows up when
I start...

Trade: 1994 Mazda Miata + $$$ for Karmann Ghia by
MoreOfTheBugs
My Miata has been a faithful daily driver for a couple of years. But
now it has a torn top, worn head gasket (leaks some oil), and belts
that'll need replacing sooner or later. It still looks good, and I
still drive it to work every day while watching fluid levels. I'd much
rather it go to a caring...

Automatic Transmision Tuning by
gixer
I have a 1994 Eunos Auto transmission, I've had it for about 18 months and
love it to bits,
The thing is im getting fed up with little Peugeot 106 GTI's and 4x4's
pulling away from me on the straights.
I've sorted out the brakes and suspension so it handles fantastic, to the
point of leaving a M3...
