CRX no start and dying while driving :( by
[email protected]
So my '89 CRX HF with LS motor has been giving me a total headache.
Two years ago it died and would not start for a few months. I didn't
do anything with it since I had another car and no time to work on it.
But then one day it started up again. No problems for a year. The
weather turned really...

timing by
papote7878
my question is what would be easier, a timing gun or a pressure guage and
how do i use a timing gun or what psi must the guage be for the #1 piston
to be in time, for my 03' civic si hb vtec? i know to line the timing
marks on the sprockets, i was just wondering if it would be easier with
the tools...

Accord Immobilizer problem by
Pauly
My 99 Accord 4cyl is not starting because immobilizer refuses to
accept both keys. The car was towed to Honda service, who are saying
that this is due to a bad battery, test says that it cranks at 420
amps cold, should be 640.
Service guy told me that there is a TSB for this: bad battery can
cause...

98 civic heater by
Paul[_12_]
My 1998 civic heater seems to be blocked somewhere. If I have the heater on
cold, then the flow of air is good, but if I have it on fully hot, then the
flow is very low.
I am running with the control set to just below max temperature to get some
heat out with some flow of air.
I have changed...

'93 Accord Cold Start Problem Part II by
Megan
I need more help! I got some great advice last fall about the cold
start problem I was having but I am still stranded! Previously the
problem was narrowed down to a leaking fuel injector. I replaced that
one only to discover that two more were leaking. I just replaced
those two and the starter...

2000 Acord LX Engine Light code P1457 by
frank777
few month ago, "check engine light" came on. Honda dealer diagnosed (tech
pulled evap leak code P1457) and
checked the car and did not find anything wrong (2x), just reset the light
and replaced the gas cap.
On my third visit, (wander why it took so long) they found:
Sticking vent shut valve and...

84-87 Honda CRX mileage by
[email protected]
I am trying to find out which year and exactly the gas mileage of the CRX that
got the great 60? mpg mileage in the middle 80s. Also a place to get mileage
info of other cars would be good too.

Fuel Economy Went South Suddenly by
Doug B
I have a '98 Odyssey EX. Over the last month or two, it has gone from
25mpg highway to 20. It's nothing obvious like a disconnected spark
plug or an underinflated tire. Any guesses what it could be?

1997 Honda CRV Check engine light by
[email protected]
I have a 1997 CRV and check engine light goes on and off. Have
checked all fluids - gas cap etc - everything ok. One thing I notice
is that when the light comes on, the engine appears to idle not at a
steady rate - revs go up and down - and you can see it on the Tach
needle. Am wondering if it...

Gas mileage varies with brand of gas? by
slim
Am I crazy or does the brand of gas really make a difference in MPG?
Over the last year, I kept track of my mileage according to brand of
gas used. Always regular.
I would fill up a near-empty tank with a brand ,run untill almost
empty, note mileage and fill with a different brand. Some of my...
