A friend has a 96 SC2 with 168,000 miles on it. Up to this point, the car has had very few problems. She has owned it since new and kept up with oil/filter changes. However, 2 days ago, the oil light came on. Nothing really seemed to be wrong so she kept driving. Now, it is making a tapping...

2005 Ion, turn signal problem? by Ion Owner
I have a 2005 Ion with a sick turn signal. One of the two filaments burned out. Saturn conveniently made the replacement operation tool-free. Replaced the bulb and it still doesn't blink. Checked the bulb and in-headlamp assembly wiring with an ohmmeter and by hooking it up to a 12 volt supply....

Seatbelt Retractor doesn't by JimR
My driver's side upper seatbelt (shoulder belt) on my 97 SL2 stopped retracting, or locking for that matter. 1) How to I remove the trim on the B-post to access it? Chilton skipped this instruction completely. 2) I'm betting that the part is a dealer-only. True? Thanks,
