latest Saturn Horror Story by
[email protected]
Saturn of Grand Rapids.
After taking my 2004 L300 Saturn into Saturn of GR for an oil change
and tire rotation, I was told that my front craddle bushings were
separating and had to be replaced
(after only 37,400 miles). I was told by the Service Advisor that this
was a common occurrence, due...

Couple O' questions... by
oh123
I've got a 99 saturn..its been good, but lately i've got a couple of
noises going on...
The first seems to come from the passenger side front tire area, and
sounds like a quiet thump thump thump, almost like a broken belt in the
tire, but the tires are new, and it doesn't sound quite as loud as...

93 Saturn transmission by
jt93
My 93 Saturn automatic transmission shifts well in the forward gears. The
problem I'm having is when I try shifting into reverse. When I place the
gearshift lever into reverse nothing happens for about 5 seconds. After
about 5 seconds reverse gear will engage with a kind of a clunk. I can...

Water evaporates from SEALED car batteries! by
[email protected]
I have a sealed battery that is 3 years old. It lost its charge. I
pried open the top plate which covers the cells (with a screwdriver)
and squirted water into the cells. I then glued back the top plate.
The battery works fine now.
Anybody tried an easier way - like drilling a 1/4" or 3/8" hole...

Good Car Cover ?? by
Bob Shuman
See: http://www.covercraft.com/
They have several different types depending on your intended purpose. I
cover up a 1991 3000GT before putting it away into the garage for
hibernation each Fall through Spring. My cover is a perfect fit and keeps
the dust off the finish. They are not cheap,...

Cupholders by
Ray Cassick \(Home\)
Are there any nice Sky owners out there that can take a picture of the
inside of their car and post it (or email it) showing me where the cup
holders are?
:)
I bought one (it is not here yet) and I can't for the life of me remember
where the cup holders were when I test drove it :)
Thanks

Used SW2 or SW1; Buying advice by
[email protected]
I am thinking about looking for a good used Saturn wagon. I really
like the LW2 but that may not be in my budget and the SW should get
better gas milage.
I have a fair amount of car buying experience but what special problems
should I be aware of in searching for a SW wagon?
I recall that early...

L200 Fuel Filter Replacement - Other trouble. by
New & Improved - N/F John
I recently requested my fuel filter be replaced by a local shop. The other
day it appears I ran out of gas without the dashboard lights providing a
warning. Is the low fuel warning system linked to the fuel filter assembly?
Is it likely the mechanic messed it up?
