hey i am just wondering if anyone has a 2.4L L4 malibu that the tow trailers with? is this ok to do? i only what to be able to tow a 14ft aluminum boat and trailer, or maybe a light duty utility trailer. should i get an upgraded tranny cooler for this?

The electrical system on my '91 Mazda 929 has gone completely haywire. I checked for a short with a 12 volt test light between negative cable and -battery terminal.
