Wal-mart oil by zonie
Just wondering if anybody knows for sure who makes the Super-tech oil at Wal-mart? The price is tempting and it says it meets the same requirements. Still not sure I would trust it in my car. But less than $14 for 5 qts synthetic is tempting. Scott

Honda Civic Cruise Control engages fine, but the engine speed keeps increasing even after turning it off by [email protected]
I have a 1999 Honda Civic, 5 speeds, with about 72,000 miles on it. The car drives great. The issue has to do when I use the Cruise Control, It engages fine, but the engine speed keeps increasing even after the dash cruise control light goes off and I let off the gas, step on the break and/or turn...

2008 Subaru Tribeca by TDR911
The crossover segment is hotter than a kitchen fire at Buffalo Wild Wings, so Subaru could ill afford to wait to update its Tribeca, which landed with a thud two years ago when it was launched with a strange face, an overworked powertrain, and a pointless B9 prefix. http://automobnews.blogspot.com/

Handbrake button recessed - Jazz / Fit 2002 by Kenny[_3_]
Hi, My Honda Jazz / Fit (5dr, i-DSI, SE, 1.4L, 2002) handbrake's release button has recessed within the handbrake a little. It is still usable, but a pain in the neck. Would this be easy to fix, or should I take it to the professionals? Is this a common fault?

Honda accord overheating by [email protected]
My wife has a 1998 Honda accord. On very hot days while in traffic the car starts to overheat. This happens faster when using the AC and slower while the heater is on. Also as long as the car is driving faster the problem goes away. I noticed that there are two fans, one on the driver side and one...

Problem with Central Locking on '99 Honda Civic by JIM - 1966 MGB GT
Hello all, my central locking device has ceased to work on my front passenger side door. All of the rest of the doors lock and open as they should on the button and with the key in the drivers side. I have to lock the car manually now and I am afraid that my passenger may forget to lock the door.

Farewell my Friends by [email protected]
Dear folks, I'm afraid to say I sold my trusty 90 Honda Prelude the other day to a young man that I hope enjoys it and finds useful information from you all. Some of you might think I went over to the dark side: I bought an 06 xB to haul my 85 yr old dad around as well as bicycles, etc. I needed a...

Rebuilt Transmission by [email protected]
We have a 1998 Honda CR-V and planning to sell it. The transmission blew about a year ago and we got a rebuilt transmission for about $2,000. No problems with new tranny. 1) Does having a rebuilt transmission increase or decrease the resale value of the car ? 2) Will it be apparent to a...
