Steering wheel wiggles on my Town & Country by
[email protected]
I have a 97 AWD T&C. 242,000 miles (yes, you read that right). Great
vehicle. Just recently, the steering wheel is having a bit of back and
forth. At moderate speeds, neither acceleration nor deceleration seems
to make it worse. It just does it.
The tire wear doesn't indicate an allignment...

An Uncanny Coincidence? by
NoName
Just recently had some repair work done on a 2000 Chrysler T&C minivan - 70K
miles
The oil pick-up tube was clogged with "debris", the shop guy hesitated to
say WHAT it was.
I have changed the oil every 3000 miles up to 50K miles and since then, I
have let it go to 4,000 miles maybe twice, and...

Question about engine oil sludge by
Bill D
You have probably heard about oil sludge problems causing engine failure on
several engines including the Chrysler 2.7L V6 used in Intrepids from
1998-2004, Toyota 3L V6 used in Camry's and even the Volkswagen 1.8L Turbo
engine used in lots of VWs and Audis. The common reason given is...

Bailout blues? by
DC[_5_]
(Car Lust) - My friend drives a big honkin' manly-man's
Chevy Silverado 4x4 truck. He commented that while he was
very happy with his Silverado, he was so incensed with the
federal bailouts of GM and Chrysler that he would never
again buy anything built by (as he called it) "Government...

Rated miles per gallon is total BS! by
TOM KAN PA
I just read a post and several replies about poor gas mileage in a Neon.
I have a '01 PT Cruiser with 30,000 miles on it. I just did the "recommended
30,000 miles spark plug replacement".
I still feel lucky if once in 50 fill ups I get 17 mpg.
4 cylinder, auto, sticker rated at 22/27...

flexible fuel? by
Ken Weitzel
Hi...
Reading Chilton, which makes reference to "flexible" fuel, and
suggest different oils to use if burning it.
Never heard of flexible fuel... maybe just a different expression
usa<>canada? Possible they're referring to what we might
call gasohol? (which I do use)
Thanks, and take care.

'06 Charger: My Review by
Daniel J. Stern
I'm on vacation in Arizona, which is nice, 'cause it's fifteen below
zero and snowing at home. Our rental car (from Enterprise) is an '06
Charger. Having lived with it for a week and 800 miles now, I must
report that I don't like it, partly because of what's entailed in it
being a new 2006 car, and...

What is Chrysler thinking? by
harry
Whoever owns a Chrysler/Dodge minivan knows there are tons of troubles on
these vehicles.
I am so curious why Chrysler let the same problem continue year after year,
disappointed and turned away hundreds/tens of thousands of customers to
Japanese made?
So many years into making similar type of...
