1993 Eagle Summit - clutch stuck- by
ignatz
Just got an Eagle Summit with 1.5L. motor and 5-speed. Clutch pedal stuck
in downward position-found the cable to be sticking. After disconnecting
it, found the rod going into the transmission also very hard to move.
After much Liquid Wrench and effort, it moves, but I dont believe it is
free...

Neon CAM seal leak. by
High Sierra
My 97 Highline SOHC is in the shop for an oil leak.
Diagnosed as CAM seal. Garage tells me that a bad PVC valve can cause pressure
to build up and push this seal out. Is garage giving me the gears?

T/C van trans stuck in low gear by
Jay
Does anyone know what control module would cause above problem? Dealer
told my mom it would cost $500 for part $40 to install. Also any other
possible causes or less expensive fixes, rebuilt part, for example.

PT "missing" at idle... by
BREWERPAUL
Hi-- My '03 Cruiser with 18K miles seems to be missfiring at idle when warmed
up. It'll be running smoothly, then it will miss . Usually it's only one miss,
but sometimes there will be two or even three in a row. While waiting at the
average traffic light, this might happen several times. The car...

chip for 2005 300C Hemi? by
Ritz
A friend of mine was just given (yes, GIVEN) a new 300C Hemi. I haven't
paid much attention to Chrysler since I sold my 300M, but he's asked me
if anyone produces a "chip" for the '05 hemi.
If anyone has a lead on non-vaporware companies with performance-tuned
chips for this car/engine, I'd...

1996 Chrysler Concorde by
GrtArtiste
My mother has just acquired a 1996 Chrysler Concorde (3.5L engine) from another
family member (89000 miles, $3600). She is confident that the car has been
maintained, not abused, and all recalls are up to date. Aside from the air
conditioner being inoperative (I understand this was a common problem...

93 3.3 Grand Caravan by
ncs
I know this problem is going to be difficult to diagnose but here goes. A
little history: I've been having a problem with the car cranking and not
starting and then would turn off the key, try again and it would start.
Fuel pump, replaced, fuel rail replaced. Someone suggested it might be...

flywheel timing mark by
Dick Johnson
My Dodge 360 engine's timing can only be checked looking downward at
the flywheel from an inspection hole inside the van. The smog specs
call for 6 degrees retarded. Since there are no reference marks at the
inspection hole except for a "centering" line on the hole, can someone
tell me how many...

Dwayne Lane Dodge (also a Chrysler dealer) in Everett, WA sucks by
Mike W.
Dwayne Lane Dodge (also a Chrysler dealer) in Everett, WA is running a
misleading promotion to lure
unsuspecting prospects onto their sales floor. You receive a scratch card
with four chances to win. The games are labeled 1, 2, 3 and 4. When you
scratch off the covering, it looks like you have won...

Help me ID this Dodge by
Malcolm
I'm pulling into a parking spot (in the southeast U.S.) next to a black
Dodge truck. At first, I thought it was a late-model Ram pickup with a
nice-fitting and color-matching bed topper.
While I'm climbing out of my truck, I look down on the passenger door of the
Dodge and it has the nameplate...

Today's bit of useless trivia. Was: NTSB Wants Black Boxes in PassengerVehicles by
Perce P. Cassidy
I don't know whether English law has been changed, but I recall from my
youth that what is called in the US "DUI" or "DWI" was called "being
drunk in charge of a motor vehicle." That phrase "in charge" had
resulted in an interesting court case (before my time, I think):
A man had attended a party...

96 Caravan heater blower switch by
Morgan Perrry
I've got a 96 Caravan. The blower motor for the heater/air conditioning
works fine, but recently, the switch seems to have gone wonky. The blower
motor will only come on if you turn the switch all the way up to the max.
The lower speeds don't work at all.
Could this be just the switch?
Are there...

Cold Stalling on any incline, ok when warm, please help by
Hwsw49
Cold Stalling on any incline, ok when warm, please help
I have an 86 Plymouth Voyager mini-van with 2.6L & 2 bar Mikuni carb.
I suspect maybe the carburetor is the problem. If so what carburetor component
would it be? Or what other car part if not the carb? As it runs ok when it
completely warms up.
