Where to find window parts for 1989 Ford Probe by
[email protected]
My 1989 Probe power window glass slides up/down 2 regulator tracks.
The interface between glass and tracks are 2 hard rubber guides/
bushings around 2 metal studs that are attached to glass and fit into
the tracks to slide up/down. One of those guides broke apart and fell
off so my glass is hanging...

My digital instrument cluster on my Toronado has recently started to
go off at various times, and for various lengths of time. I found a
couple of individuals online that would repair it and send it back to
me within roughly a week's time.
My question, from having a slight electronics...

Hi all,
below is a copy of a post to alt.trucks.ford, now with click-poppy
picture goodness.
I took my "new' truck to its first job yesterday, helping a friend
clean out a guy's stash of old car parts. No problems at all until I
got to my first stop, when I shut the truck down it puked...

[email protected]
Did anyone who bought Kumho tires in the past month or two get their
rebates from Kumho yet? I still haven't received mine. Their offices
are closed, but i am surprised that i didn't even get a status notice
of some sort? It was for like 40 bucks.

2001 Bonneville Steering Problem by
[email protected]
All of a sudden, when I turn the steering wheel on our 2001 Bonneville
at low speeds I hear this clunk-clunk-clunk noise. The car has 40K
miles on it. The p/s fluid level is fine. What is going wrong?

[email protected]
I have a 95 Civic with a bad inner tie rod. If anyone has changed one
I would appreciate some advice. Does this require any kind of special
tool? I have done some other rack and pinion innner tie rods on my 86
Dodge van and there was a tool you could borrow from AutoZone that
made it real easy. ...

Escort Speedometer Dead by

My 96 Ford Escort LX speedometer has died. The previous owner claimed
to have never taken the car over 50 mph, and the first time I hit 75
the speedo needle started to wander and make noise. It continued to
work fine under 40 or so mph, until it just recently started sticking
at random speeds. ...
