1994 Dodge Caravan 3.3 loss of power/backfires by wildside1975
I have a 1994 dodge van with a 3.3 engine. It runs fine for about an hour, then once it gets up to operating temp then it backfires through the intake, spits and sputters and has no acceleration. Recently replaced the fuel pump, new spark plug wires, and coil pack.I tried loosening the gas cap and...

Light bulb question -- Daniel Stern? by Minnie Bannister
Went to the Sylvania Web site to see whether XtraVision bulbs are available for my 300M (they aren't) and looked at the comparison chart for Standard, XtraVision, Cool Blue, and SilverStar. I was surprised to see that for a given bulb type (e.g., 9004, 9005, 9006) they quote the same light output...

Questions on AC low pressure port and missing cap by ECLiPSE 2002
I discovered that the cap on the low pressure port of my 2004 T&C van was missing and wonder if this has caused any problems. Is its purpose merely a dust cap (if so would any tight fitting cap suffice) or does it have other purposes? Next problem is where to find a replacement without being raped...

Jeep VS others by Elliot Westcott
I'm on a quest to find other like minded people who race their Jeeps. I have a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.9l with some mods, (intake, PCM, headers) but no major power adders like NOS or a supercharger. The Jeep with the 360 and awd makes for a great vehicle in an 1/8 mile race. After quite a bit...

Our 300M's "HomeLink" (garage-door control) feeatures worked fine for a long time but now seems to be losing its "oomph": even with the front of the car almost touching the garage door we can't open the door with the button in the car, but it still works with the remote that came with the...

Ford takes a dive, DC will be #2 soon by DeserTBoB
Ford announced today that they are offering early retirement buyouts for over 75,000 employees today, showing that, rather than try to compete, they're going to basically fold their tent. Billy Boy Ford, like any good rat, sensed a sinking ship and bailed out. Looks like DaimlerChrysler will soon...
