A friend and I have restored his 62 Impala. We found the original
engine and carb. Long story short, the carb doesnt have a ported
vacuum source for the timing advance. the manual I have shows it

Source for Odd Bolts by
Harry Potter
Hello,
I am looking for a source for 1/2-12 (yes that's 12 threads per inch!) grade
8 hex head bolts in lengths of 2" and 5 1/4". Can anyone suggest a source
for these? They are head bolts for 1928 and earlier Chevrolet 4-cylinder
engines.
Thanks!

Hello everyone,
I drive a 1956 Cadillac Coupe de Ville as a daily driver. I don't even
own a "new" car (anything built after 1972). I am planning a 2 -3 month
road trip around the country. The car is all original but will have the
engine and transmission completely rebuilt before the journey. The...

Ive been searching the net for a few hours now, and finally found this
