My '83 Civic has developed a hard starting malady (cold or hot engine).
Noticed it about four weeks ago just before I (flew) back east for a
three week sojourn. Barely got it started the other morning after
returning. The frist time it occurred, it went away after the engine
reached operating...

Why Would ABS Problem Require Replacing Control Arms? by
Steven L.
I have an old 1995 Honda Civic and the ABS light started coming on. I
took it to a mechanic who diagnosed it as a faulty left rear wheel
sensor. OK, fine, replace the sensor; sounds simple enough.
Then I get another call from my mechanic some time later: He rattled
off some gobbledygook that...

Replacement of fule filter on '98 Odyssey by

In checking the maintenance schedule in the owners manual, it doesn't
even mention changing the fuel filter. The car now has 75K on is and I
am thinking it should be changed. If anyone knows has the proper
interval and any other advice would be appreciated. I think the
engine is the same as in...

Wiper problem on 93 Civic DX HB by
Hammond
At first I had an intermittent problem with my rear wiper, where
sometimes it just wouldn't work. Eventually about a week ago, it quit
completely.
Yesterday, while driving in a ****ing rain storm, the front wipers quit
mid-stride. The fuse had blown, and when I changed it, it blew
immediately...

Highest-mileage V6 Accords? by

There's been no shortage of reported transmission failures in '98-'02 V6
Accords at criminally low mileages, but at the other extreme, what's the
highest documented mileage that one of these cars has achieved without a
transmission failure? Anyone out there still driving one with the
original...

Do I have to change transmission oil at 48000Km? by
Nemo
Hello Guys,
I got a 2001 Civic, I normally get it to the dealer to change the oil and
filter. They insists that the transmission oil has to be changed at 48000Km.
It is an automatic transmission. Does this make sense. It does not say so in
the car manual. Any advice is appreciated.
