I have a 91 prelude that has the ALB. The pump seems to come on fairly frequently sounding like a bunch of birds chirping. How expensive and difficult is this to change your self?

I had the exact thing happen today on my '00 EX Coupe v-6. What was the problem? I thought it would have been the battery too.
