removal of junk cars - diminishing return by [email protected]
I'm trying to convince someone to remove four junk automobiles from their property. Other than anecdotal evidence, are there any statistics or studies (insurance companies, etc) that show that once a vehicle has been inoperative for a certain amount of time, the odds that it will ever be repaired...

Aftermarket radio for 99 Ford Ranger / Mazda B2500 by [email protected]

Ford hydrogen hybrid by [email protected]
I have read recent articles and press releases on Ford's new hydrogen (fuel cell) hybrid concept. Nothing I have read yet indicates how it stores the fuel. Does it use gaseous hydrogen under pressure, a hydride solid system- liquified hydrogen? The writeups also refer to a "miles per gallon". ...

CEL flashing, VSC OFF!!! by Dina
Hi, Yesterday I went to Autozone to read codes, and I've got ''the PCM has determined that multiple random misfires have occured in cylinder #2, #3, #4 and Troubleshooting PO300, PO302, PO303, PO304.'' What does that mean? How expensive is to repair them? Just recently I've replaced the 02sensor,...

radiator stop-leak by [email protected]
A friend with an 88 Park Avenue has a small intermittant radiator leak. I can't see it, but I'm pretty sure it is upper left corner front. I'm also pretty sure there are no hoses there. My regular mechanic is in favor of putting stop-leak in, but another guy we know told the owner he does not...

Are memory saver tools safe to use? by Dennis[_2_]
I've been looking at these memory saver tools, they use either a 9 volt or 12 volt battery source. They plug into the cigarette lighter and maintain the computer, clock and radio settings when you disconnect the vehicle battery. I'm wondering if these things are safe to use without damaging...
