2000 Voyager Evap Core replacement by bruce
I'm wondering how different evap core replacement is on a 2000 Voyager Van compared to a '94. I replaced one on a '94, and while it took some time, it saved me a lot of labor. Has anyone done one? Does anyone know what the difference in book hours is from the '94 generation van to the '2000?

All-electric vehicles by Proctologically Violated©®
Awl-- Apropos of the diesel generator discussion in How Airtight is a cylinder, I googled All electric vehicles, and found only one viable source, Zenn. Viable = a car that can be 1. practically driven and 2. legally registered). The Zenn is $12-$15K, legal in most states, albeit as a...

Custom AC install - compressor wiring? by Scott Kelley
I've put an engine from a 2002 truck with a Denso pump into a '75 ElCamino, which has the original VIR type system. I have not yet installed the hoses, so I can still install whatever sensors I may need. The sensors in the 2002 all go to the computer, so I can't really tell what they do. I...

My 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 Pickup with 60,700 miles had severe brake vibrations. I put it in for service at a very trusted repair center. He called and said my entire brake system was rusted and in dangerous condition. I do mostly highway driving and usually need brakes at 90,000 to 100,000 mile. This...

Increase brake performance by Ulf
I was at a race track this weekend for the first time with my '97 Camaro Z28 (completely stock) and realized that my brakes need upgrading. In short, trying to pass a Porsche 911 at the end of a long straight before a tight 180-turn, going about 110 - 120 mph I lost almost all braking power and...
