Do gas stations really water down their gas? by
DentShop
I was just wondering if gas stations really do water their gas down to

350 motor slow crank by
mikeg2007
So I just bought a '76 Cutlass Supreme with a rebuilt 350. Paid 1000
bucks for it not running. Get what you pay for right? So we figured
out that there was no fuel pressure. Thought I had to get a new fuel
pump but my friend and I discovered a kink in the hose from the fuel
line to the fuel pump,...

Hiding a spare key under the car by
[email protected][_1_]
As a measure of security, I like to keep a spare key mounted and
hidden under my car.
It came especially handy when a friend accidentally locked my keys in
my trunk on a road trip (the trunk release was locked at the time).
I am considering getting a new car that has the keyless entry fob
attached...

kmakice
I'm a design student working on some non-academic projects this summer
for Kosmix. One of these projects requires understanding what makes an
auto enthusiast tick. I'm thrilled to see so much activity here that
can inform my work. However, I'd also like to ask a direct but very
general question and...

First, my radio was working only intermittantly. Then once in a while
it will come on (static) when the radio is turned off...turning the
radio on and off does nothing...it will quit when I turn the key off

The heater produces hot air no problem. I changed the thermostat anyway,
but it didn't make any difference. So when my mechanic was doing some other
work on the engine, I asked him to change...
