Iracing Skippy schedule? by
KMacK
With some extra time during the winter months thought I may try iRacing
again after a long absence. IIRC I was racing skippys at the end. What
are the best weekday nights and times (Eastern US) for finding a large
number of drivers for these events? Thought I read somewhere that some

enduracers Endurance Mod League anyone? by
Uwe
Hi folks,
I've been pondering setting up a league / club whatever based on
enduracer's Endurance mod, following the real life LMES schedule (five
races, one testing weekend) over 2010, maybe varying the tracks a
bit. The main focus should be put on fair, close and exciting
multi-class racing, so I...

Oops, did I kill RAS? by

Hi folks,

some Le Mans Series style races? Sorry if I did 8-P
Anyway, a praccy server is now online 24x7 (hopefully) at
EnduRAS Testing
running the Endurance Mod V1.2 in the rFactor lobby.

"Back Soon (with any luck)
Our server host replaced a forum server hard disk without making a
backup beforehand. We hope this isn't going to be a serious problem,
but stay tuned!"
Ouch. There still are upsides to USENET. Can anyone provide me with
details how to get in touch...

traction control algorithms by
Michal Brzozowski
Hi,
I'm trying to gather some information about traction control systems,
in particular ABS and ESC. I'm mainly interested in what the inputs
are to those systems, and what algorithms the controllers use. I
understand they work by applying brake torque to chosen wheels.
I'm making a simple car...

I updated the NVIDIA driver to 195.62 on my GeForce 8800GT and it screwed up

excellent BT52 mod? I need to get in touch with him about permission
to release a custom skin pack for this great car.
He'll be credited in the README first and foremost, but we want to

Thrustmaster wheel by
nandrews
I have a Thrustmaster Lotus FFB wheel running under XP Home.
On a number of older games I find when I get into the menus, to select
e.g., controls, that the highlighted item keeps scrolling right down.
So I can only select the bottom item (usual Quit!).
The scrolling doesn't always happen but...
